Legal Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts in both Thai and English
  • Handle company registrations, amendments, and other corporate filings with relevant authorities
  • Prepare and apply for Foreign Business Licenses (FBL), Foreign Business Certificates (FBC), and BOI applications
  • Coordinate and process visa and work permit applications for foreign employees
  • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports
  • Represent clients in court (civil and criminal cases), if required
  • Provide general legal support and perform other legal tasks as assigned
  • Perform other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
  • Lawyer’s license
  • 2–3 years of experience working in a law firm or legal department
  • Strong skills in contract drafting and legal document preparation
  • Knowledge and/or experience in foreign business law, investment law, and corporate law
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Court litigation experience is a plus

Senior Legal Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, including civil, criminal, and administrative matters, as required.
  • Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents and commercial contracts in both Thai and English, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with clients’ objectives.
  • Manage corporate legal matters, including company formation, corporate amendments, and other statutory filings with relevant government authorities.
  • Prepare and submit applications for Foreign Business Licenses (FBL), Foreign Business Certificates (FBC), and Board of Investment (BOI) privileges in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Advise and assist clients with immigration-related matters, including the preparation and processing of visa and work permit applications for foreign nationals.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence investigations and prepare detailed legal reports to identify potential legal risks and compliance issues.
  • Provide legal advisory services on general corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Liaise and coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external counsel as necessary.
  • Perform other legal tasks or assignments as delegated by supervising attorneys or firm management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a recognized institution
  • Licensed to practice law in Thailand
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
  • Proven expertise in litigation, with strong advocacy and courtroom skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents and commercial contracts
  • Solid knowledge and/or practical experience in foreign business law, investment law, corporate law, and digital law
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively in a professional setting
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of performing well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Experience representing clients in court proceedings is considered an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to travel to other provinces for client representation or legal proceedings, as required

Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and applicable regulations (e.g., TFRS, IFRS)
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial records and reconciliation of all accounts
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts for management review
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations; prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax)
  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and cost control
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and suggest creative solutions for increased efficiency
  • Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial technologies, and apply new knowledge to day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as appropriate
  • Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (TFRS, IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
  • Strong experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to improve accounting operations
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices, technologies, and regulatory updates
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
